I can perform for as long as I am required to – sometimes for an hour – sometimes for a full day!

Yes, I can, the acoustics are amazing. I can also acquire your hymns so there is no need for an organist.
Our Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception are at different venues, can you play at both?
Yes, no problem, I will set up at both venues beforehand.

Yes – I can weather dependent. In extreme weather e.g. very hot sunny days, I will require a shaded area or umbrella please.

I can perform a couple of pieces acoustically however the violin will sound “lonely” without any accompaniment. My professional backing tracks are very varied with a string quartet, piano, guitar, band etc to keep guests entertained.

Yes, of course, I have my own repertoire which includes Classical, Musicals/Films, Disney, Modern/Pop and Popular
Can we request a piece of music which isn’t on your repertoire.
Yes, no problem, I can perform almost any piece. My fee for this is £25.00 per song. Please give me a bit of time to learn it.
I don’t know what pieces to choose or the order to place them?
I can discuss the type of music you like, give you suggestions and place them in an order which flows and gels beautifully.
Do you have Public Liability and PAT-testing certificates? Are you covered?
Yes, I have £10 million public liability cover and all of my equipment is PAT-tested and of the highest standard. I am also a member of the Musician’s Union.
How early do you arrive to set up?
I always arrive at least 90 minutes before I am due to perform to set up my equipment and do the relevant sound checks.
How long in advance should I book you?
To avoid any disappointment I suggest you contact and book me well in advance as I take bookings up to 3 years beforehand.
We are not sure how long to book you for our wedding - do you need to know in advance?
Further time can be added at any time if you wish.

Yes, I offer each couple who book me a consultation via Facetime or Skype. Alternatively, pop and see me at a wedding fayre or open day. I also have video clips on my YouTube account and Facebook/Instagram accounts – Music By Violin.
What will you wear?
I will wear an elegant dress and will do my best to colour match your theme.
Once booked when do you contact us?
I will contact you 6 months before your special day to send you my up to date repertoire of music asking for your choices back approximately 3 months before your special day. I will then arrange for a Skype or Facetime appointment for free so you can hear your chosen music.
